Russia, USA intent on stamping out fake medicines
Russia and the USA are to exchange information on the presence of fake preparations in pharmaceuticals markets.
That's the result of two days of work at a Russian-US symposium on standards and quality control for medicines.
Representatives for the Russian Health Ministry said that this sort of cooperation made it possible to hope that the
quantity of fake medicines would fall, and, as a result, products made by Russian pharmacists would become more
competitive.
