an 18-film broadcast and video/DVD distribution deal with GrandView Castle Entertainment (GVC) for all eastern European
territories. The one year term of the agreement begins immediately and combines various exclusive and non-exclusive
rights for Devine's Composers', Inventors' and Artists' Specials films for broadcast, video and DVD
sales. GrandView Castle will represent Devine Entertainment's programs in Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovak
Republic, Ukraine, Hungary, Estonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia-Montenegro, Macedonia and the Baltics. Paris based
GrandView Castle Entertainment is a leading distributor in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and the CIS. GVC
distributes feature films and television programming to cable and terrestrial television broadcasters, handles
theatrical distribution and sells to the home video and DVD market. In addition to Devine Entertainment, GrandView
Castle Entertainment is the exclusive representative for DreamWorks SKG and HBO (for select programs) in Eastern Europe,
