NIS SPARKS THE SALES SKILLS (NIS Sparta, a part of NIIT Group, offers training in improving customer handling skills)
NIS Sparta, a part of NIIT Group of Companies, offers training to corporate employees to learn appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes required to cope with changes in business environment, in order to retain their clientele. NIS's training is in three main streams, sales maximisation, customer service issue and CRM- centric practices. It will mainly focus on insurance, automobile telecom, banking and finance and corporate business sectors. NIS' clientele includes public and private sector companies, such as Indian Railways, HDFC, GAIL, Tata Infotech, SSI and IBM. NIS has so far trained 35,000 individuals in India and Gulf countries. It trains 2,000-2,500 individual per month in the country. It has set up 31 centres directly and through franchise partners. It has planned new centres in Mysore, Mangalore and Hubli-Dharwad in Karnataka. There are also plans to foray into China, Russia and Nigeria.
