INTERNATIONAL: The ESCA enlists Russian agency to join network
MOSCOW: The European Sponsorship Consultants Association (ESCA) has enlisted Russian agency Optimacom Communication
Group to join its network. Optimacom, whose sponsorship department is headed by Vladimir Antonov, provides PR and
sponsorship consultancy services, specialising in developing and promoting sport and social projects. The agency becomes
the first Russian member of the ESCA group.
