Former Western Australian-based Anaconda Nickel boss Andrew Forrest is to become the CEO of a junior gold float,
Siberia Mining Corporation. On 28 February 2003, the shareholders of public, unlisted company Braeside Australia are
scheduled to meet in Perth to approve the company's name change and the appointment of Forrest. It is understood
that Forrest will become Siberia Mining Corporation's CEO, MD and chairman, in preparation for the planned $A2.2m
float. One of Forrest's former Anaconda Nickel colleagues, Chris Linegar, is also expected to be appointed a
director of Siberia Mining Corporation. Forrest said that the company's main assets included a large tenement
position in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields area.
