RUSSIAN PRESIDENT VLADIMIR PUTIN SENDS TELEGRAM OF CONDOLENCES TO PRC PRESIDENT JIANG ZEMIN

Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a telegram to PRC President Jiang Zemin, in which he expressed deeply-felt condolences over the strong earthquake in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the PRC that took a heavy toll of human lives.
