TNK completes $300 mln eurobond placement
MOSCOW. Feb 7 (Interfax) - Tyumen Oil Company on Thursday completed placement of an additional eurobond issue of $300 million at 105.75% of face value and yield to redemption of 9.46% according to Regulation S, the parameters of which were approved on January 30 2003. The bonds expand an initial $400 million placement made in November 2002 of five-year bonds maturing in 2007 and with coupon yield of 11%, the company said in a press release. The additional issue will according to Regulation S be joined with the initial issue 40 days after the placement's completion, increasing the volume of bonds in circulation to $700 million. Credit Suisse First Boston and Schroder Salomon Smith Barney jointly acted as lead managers and syndicate organizers for the deal. [RU ASIA EUROPE EEU EMRG ISU EUB ENR] me <>
