Alrosa confirms plans to issue Eurobonds in 2003
ST PETERSBURG. Feb 6 (Interfax) - Russian diamond monopoly Alrosa plans to issue Eurobonds in 2003, Sergei Ulin, the company's vice president, told the press in St Petersburg Thursday. He did not specify the what the proposed issue volume was or the placement terms. Earlier Alrosa's first vice president Fedor Andreev said the company was considering the issue of $500 million in Eurobonds and if it was given a multi-year quota for diamond exports - $300 million.
