CONCERNING THE RENDERING OF HUMANITARIAN AID TO AFGHAN GOVERNMENT
Order No. 499-r of April 15, 2002
The Russian Ministry of Finance shall allocate 6.9 million rubles in the second quarter of 2002 to the Russian Ministry of Culture out of the Government of the Russian Federation Reserve Fund, to make Pushtu- and Dari-language copies of films to be delivered to the Government of Afghanistan as humanitarian aid.
