ON INTRODUCING ADDITIONS TO THE LIST OF TERRITORIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION TO WHICH VISITS BY FOREIGN CITIZENS ARE RESTRICTED

Decree
of April 29, 2002
The Government of the Russian Federation hereby decrees:
1. To add section 18 to the List of Territories of the Russian Federation to Which Visits by Foreign Citizens Are Restricted approved by Decree No. 470 of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 4, 1992 (Collection of Enactments by the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 2, Article 37; Collection of the Legislation of the Russian Federation, 1994, No. 31, Article 3286; 1995, No. 49, Article 4805; 1998, No. 1, Article 142; 2000, No. 6, Article 775; 2001, No. 45, Article 4267). Section 18 shall read as follows:
18. Yamalo-Nenetsky Autonomous Okrug: territory bounded by the line Ust-Kara--Aksarka--Kholmy--Vyngapurovsky--Khalyasavei--Tibeisale to the line of the bank of the river Taz, along the water edge of Tazovskaya Guba, Obskaya Guba, the Malygin Strait, the Kara Sea, the Baidaratskaya Guba (with the exception of the Ust-Kara settlement and the navigable pass along the river Ob).
2. The Foreign Affairs Ministry of the Russian Federation shall inform foreign diplomatic and consular missions accredited in the Russian Federation on the introduction of additions to the List of Territories of the Russian Federation to Which Visits by Foreign Citizens Are Restricted.
