Renova Capital buys out from the EBRD 37% in Natur Produkt Holdings pharmaceuticals.
Renova Capital has bought out 37% in Natur Produkt Holdings pharmaceutical company from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The Foundation has also bought out the stocks from the company's management and purchased the stocks of the new issue. Alfa Bank was an exclusive financial consultant for the holders willing to sell stocks and for Natur Produkt.
Renova Capital President Dmitry Levonyan has denied to disclose the deal amount and the size of the stake accumulated through acquiring additional issue of Natur Produkt stocks and buying out a portion of stocks from the company's management.
D.Levonyan said the EBRD controls less than 10% in Natur Product Holding today.
