MOSCOW -- A new English-language defense magazine made its
Internet debut last week. The Moscow Defense Brief, a bimonthly that appeared earlier this month, is now available at
www.mdb.cast.ru.
The journal is published by the Center for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies, a Moscow-based independent
defense think tank.
The Moscow Defense Brief offers news on security and defense issues to industry professionals, government officials
and experts.
