Russian monetary base expands by 43.2 bln rubles to 1558.8 bln rubles
MOSCOW. June 18 (Interfax) - The narrow monetary base in Russia stood at 1558.8 billion rubles on June 15, up from 1515.6 billion rubles on June 7, the Central Bank reported on Friday. The narrow monetary base includes cash in circulation (including cash held at credit institutions), and balances on banks' required local-currency-deposit reserve accounts with the Central Bank.
