No further anti-inflationary measures needed in 2005 - Kudrin
MOSCOW. June 17 (Interfax) - No additional measures will be needed to keep inflation in check next year, even though more money will enter the economy when Russia starts to use its stabilization fund, Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said. Kudrin said the socioeconomic development forecast and budget parameters had been coordinated, and all inflationary targets in 2005 will be achieved. Planned inflation in 2005 is 8.5%. "There is some inflationary pressure, but the situation will not deteriorate if current levels of confidence in the Russian economy are maintained. If confidence in the Russian economy wanes, concerns will arise and we will have to do more work," Kudrin said. [RU ASIA EUROPE EEU EMRG ECI MCE FUND M] pr
