Surgutneftegas net profit up 55% in Q1
MOSCOW. June 17 (Interfax) - Undistributed profit at OAO Surgutneftegas in the first quarter 2004 amounted to 19.013 billion rubles to Russian accounting standards, up 55% year-on-year, according to the company's report. Surgutneftegas revenue in the first quarter amounted to 59.412 billion ruble, up 12.3% year-on-year. Pretax profit in the reporting period amounted to 22.25 billion ruble, up from 14.885 billion rubles in the same period in 2003. [RU EUROPE ASIA EEU EMRG ENR CRU OIL RES] rd
