Russia - Minister urges Transtelecom privatisation
Transtelecom ought to be privatised by the Russian govt, according to the Vedomosti newspaper, quoting Leonid Reiman, Russian IT minister. The company is currently 100% owned by the Railways Ministry. Privatisation would be better for Transtelecom and for the market, according to Reiman.
