15 June 2004 06:05 Russian ammunition agency chief relieved of duties MOSCOW. June 15 (Interfax) - General Director of the Russian Ammunition Agency Viktor Kholstov was relieved of duties
after being appointed to another position following a decree signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov, the government
press service reported on Tuesday.
A source with the Russian defense industrial complex told Interfax that Kholstov would soon be appointed deputy chief
of the Federal Industry Agency. "He is in fact performing these duties already," the source said.
In his new capacity, Kholstov will supervise the implementation of the federal program for chemical weapons disposal.
