Lukoil refinery in Romania to start work in July

June 15 (Interfax) - The Romanian oil refinery Petrotel, in which Russian oil major Lukoil has a 51% stake, will start work in July after an upgrade, Lukoil President Vagit Alekperov told Interfax. capacity of 4.7 million tonnes, in 2003.
