LukOil(OAO) - Re Vysotsk terminal
RNS Number:8095Z LukOil (OAO) 16 June 2004 16 June 2004 LUKOIL PUTS INTO OPERATION PHASE 1 OF ITS VYSOTSK TERMINAL
Phase 1 of the terminal of the company OAO "RPK-Vysoysk-LUKOIL-II" was put into operation today. The terminal
is designated for export of oil and oil products and LUKOIL plans to supply oil products to its gas stations in the USA
through this terminal. The annual throughput of Phase 1 is 4.7 million tons. The terminal's full annual throughput
is about 12 million tons. The terminal construction was launched in June 2002 and is performed by ZAO
LUKOIL-Neftegazstroy jointly with Fluor Corporation, a leading US-based engineering company, using a USD225 million
credit facility extended by American private investment fund HBK Fund for a 12-year period. This information is provided
