CORRECTED: BASIC ELEMENT BUYS 51% STAKE IN KUBAN AIRLINES
(To correct company name in first paragraph of news item issued June 11 at 1:57 p.m.) MOSCOW. June 11 (Interfax) - ZAO FinansTekhnoTorg, a company representing the interests of Basic Element, has won an auction offering a 51% government stake in Kuban Airlines that was organized by the Russian Federal Property Fund, an Interfax correspondent reported from the auction. The Fund offered 29,867 common shares with par value of 1 ruble in a single lot. The starting price for the shares was 424.5 million rubles. The stake was sold for 729.5 million rubles, with bids incremented at a rate of 5 million rubles.
