CenterTelecom to pay out 2003 dividends
MOSCOW. June 11 (Interfax) - CenterTelecom shareholders at their AGM on Friday decided to pay out dividends for 2003 of 0.125 rubles per common share and 0.286 rubles per preferred share, an Interfax correspondent said. CenterTelecom paid out dividends for 2002 of 0.096 rubles per common share and 0.206 rubles per preferred shares. All shares have par value of 0.3 rubles. Svyazinvest owns 38.02% of the company, and other large shareholders are the Russian Federal Property Fund with 7.19% and The shareholders approved the company's annual report and elected a new eleven-member board of directors.
