UES selects bidders for consultant tender
MOSCOW. June 11 (Interfax) - A Unified Energy System (UES) strategy and reform committee has selected the list of bidders for a tender to select a consultant. The following consultants are on the list: Larry Ruff, William Hogan, Branan company, Cameron McKenna, CERA, Mercados Energeticos, NERA, Nordpool and PricewaterhouseCoopers, according to a protocol from a meeting held at the beginning of June. The project should take into account existing research and it should result in a principal model of payment for capacity. The UES The winner of the tender will provide the committee with consulting services on encouraging investment for Russia's electricity sector.
