Russia expresses keen interest to manufacture small cars,tractors in joint venture in Pakistan
Islamabad, June 10 PPI: Russian Federation has expressed keen interest in the manufacturing of small cars and tractors through joint venture in Pakistan. The interest was shown at meeting between Ambassador of Russian Federation, Eduard S. Shevchenko and Industries Minister Liaquat Ali Jatoi Thursday in Islamabad. Russian Ambassador said his country is also willing to help in expansion of second phase of Pakistan Steel Mills in Karachi. Memorandum of understanding has already been signed in this regard between the two countries. On liberal investment policies of the government, the Minister said there is growing demand of automobiles in Pakistan and Russia can benefit from it. (THROUGH ASIA PULSE)
