09 June 2004 08:00 RusAl to up aluminum output to 3.8 mln tonnes in 2009 MOSCOW. June 9 (Interfax) - Russian Aluminum plans to produce 3.8 million tonnes of aluminum and 6 million tonnes of
alumina in 2009, company materials distributed at a Wednesday press conference show.
Alloys will make up 50% of production by 2010, RusAl Financial Director Vladislav Sovolyev said.
The company hopes to raise an EBRD loan to finance the construction of CAZ-2 (Sayanogorsk Aluminum Smelter). [RU ASIA
