Severstal to pay out 927.1 mln rubles in Q1 dividends
MOSCOW. June 9 (Interfax) - Russian steelmaker Severstal will be paying out 927.1 million rubles all told in dividends for the first quarter of 2004, an official company statement reports. The dividend will be 42 rubles per share of stock. It was reported earlier that the company paid dividends for 2002 of 72 rubles per common share ( 0.25-ruble par value). Severstal paid The statement reports dividend payments for 2003 (not counting paid interim dividends for the first quarter and January-September periods) came to 618.1 million rubles, at 28 rubles per share. first-quarter dividends of 194 rubles/share and January-September dividends of 205 rubles/share in 2003.
