Russian State Duma approves draft Housing Code at first reading
Moscow, 10 June: The State Duma today adopted the draft Housing Code of the Russian Federation at first reading. This is a framework document of the package of 27 draft laws considered by the State Duma, aimed at creating a market of affordable housing in Russia. The draft law was adopted by 337 deputies voting in favour and 10 against. [Passage omitted]
