rights reserved. Russian telco Golden Telecom has announced it has reached an agreement to purchase 100 per cent of
Baltic mobile operator Balticom Mobile. Golden is to pay euro5.8m for the operator, which owns, in turn, 62 per cent of
ZAO WestBalt Telecom, which operates in Kaliningrad, the small Russian territory geographically cut off from the rest of
Russia by the Baltic states.
