08 June 2004 10:17 GAZPROM TO PREPARE MANAGEMENT OPTION PROGRAM MOSCOW. June 8 (Interfax) - Russian gas giant Gazprom plans to prepare a draft stock option program for management by
the end of this year, Alexander Ridder, director of the company's wage department, said at a press briefing in
Moscow.
He said that the draft program will be submitted to the company's board of directors in December. Gazprom is
developing this program together with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
At the same time Kuzmin noted that over the next two years the
company does not plan to end the contracts of anybody from upper
