Kalina increases charter capital
YEKATERINBURG. June 8 (Interfax) - The Federal Financial Markets Service has registered the results of an additional share issue by OAO Kalina Concern amounting to 97.118 million rubles at face value, company Press Secretary Sergei Kazantsev told Interfax. As a result, the company's charter capital has increased 16.6% to 682.66 million rubles. Kalina completed placing 1,331,929 shares on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange on April 28 with a par value of 70 Kazantsev said that after the issue the company's main shareholders are General Director Timur Goryaev with 56.65% of shares - down from 66.04% before the issue), and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - 16.5%, down from 19.23%. Citibank is currently the nominal holder of 60.15% of the company's shares, down from 70.13% earlier. rubles, amounting to 733.4 million rubles.
