RUSSIA: TELECOM OPERATORS` REVENUE UP 28.6 PERCENT
Svyazinvest telecom companies increased revenue 28.6 percent year-on-year in the first quarter of 2004 to 56.09
billion rubles from 43.6 billion, a Telecom Ministry report shows. Core activity revenue grew 30.75 percent to 52.67
billion rubles from 40.31 billion, including a climb of 27.5 percent for services to the population to 23.63 billion
