Transneft IAS net profit up 9.5% in 2003
MOSCOW. June 7 (Interfax) - Net profit at Transneft in 2003 to international accounting standards amounted to 30.561
billion rubles, which is 9.5% more than in 2002, company Vice President Sergei Grigoriev told Interfax.
He said that revenue increased 17% to 114.164 billion rubles in the reporting period, with pretax profit up from
37.422 billion rubles to 43.017 billion rubles.
Expenditure on core activity last year amounted to 68.491 billion rubles, which is 16% more than in 2002. [RU EUROPE
