(about 200 billion cubic meters) by 2025, U.S. Deputy Energy Secretary Kyle McSlarrow said at a U.S.-Russian seminar on
liquefied natural gas on Monday.
The average project cost is estimated at $5-10 billion, he said.

Negotiations about possible funding for liquefied natural gas deliveries are underway with the U.S. Export-Import
Bank, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), and other agencies, he said.
