08 June 2004 19:21 Russia`s LDPR puts forward Chechen presidential candidate Groznyy, 8 June: The Liberal Democratic Party of Russia has become the first political party to put forward its
candidate for the Chechen presidential elections. The party put forward the deputy chairman of the union of
organizations of arbitration of Rostov Region, Marat Zaynalabidov. ITAR-TASS learnt this today at the Chechen electoral
commission.
Marat Zaynalabidov was born in 1967 and lives in Rostov-na-Donu. Since he has been put forward by a party which is
represented in the State Duma, he does not need to collect voters' signatures in his support or to put in a deposit
