KRASNOYARSK. June 4 (Interfax) - The Krasnoyarsk territory's Chief Finance Department paid 38.94 million rubles Friday to clear the second coupon on two-year bonds, Olga Rusinova, head of the department's debt division, told Interfax. The department will accept bids to June 15 for participation in a tender to select a 2004 bond issue, placement and servicing agent, she said. The tender is to take place on June 18. "Official bids have not yet been received, but potential participants are showing quite a lot of interest," Rusinova said. The 2004 bond will total about 1.5 billion rubles and will have 12 to 36 month terms, and a constant coupon with payments made two or four times a year. Yield to redemption, which will be determined during placement, is planned at no more than 15%. [RU ASIA EUROPE EEU EMRG GVD] me
