MOSCOW. June 4 (Interfax) - The director of Vnesheconombank's interstate debt department, Denis Mikhailov, has
been appointed deputy director of the Finance Ministry's international financial relations,
financial assets.
He said his priorities in the post will not be to raise money on foreign markets but to complete the settlement of
Soviet-era debt.
Before joining VEB, Mikhailov was deputy chief of the Finance Ministry's foreign debt department. [RU ASIA
