VEB director returns to Finance Ministry
state debt and assets department. Mikhailov told Interfax that he would fill his new post on June 9 and would be in charge of the government's foreign debt and foreign MOSCOW. June 4 (Interfax) - The director of Vnesheconombank's interstate debt department, Denis Mikhailov, has been appointed deputy director of the Finance Ministry's international financial relations, financial assets. He said his priorities in the post will not be to raise money on foreign markets but to complete the settlement of Soviet-era debt.
