UES proposes new legislation for energy reforms
MOSCOW. June 4 (Interfax) - Unified Energy System (UES) is proposing amendments to a number of laws to enable power utilities to be reorganized smoothly, Anatoly Chubais, the national electricity utility's CEO, said at the Corporate Governance and Economic Growth conference.
