MOSCOW. June 4 (Interfax) - Replacing social security benefits with financial compensation will not only contribute
to the social sector, but will also help raise incomes in the poorest sections of Russia's society, Deputy Prime
Minister Alexander Zhukov told the Corporate Governance and Economic Growth In Russia conference on Friday.
"Reducing poverty in Russia is one of the strategic tasks the president has set for the government," Zhukov
