Zhukov: Replacing benefits with compensation will help Russian social
sector MOSCOW. June 4 (Interfax) - Replacing social security benefits with financial compensation will not only contribute to the social sector, but will also help raise incomes in the poorest sections of Russia's society, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov told the Corporate Governance and Economic Growth In Russia conference on Friday.
