RUSSIA PROPOSES JOINT DEVELOPMENT OF BARENTS SEA DEPOSITS WITH NORWAY
OSLO. June 3 (Interfax) - Moscow and Oslo have made progress in their coordinated work to delimit the Barents Sea, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told a Wednesday briefing in Oslo. "Moscow is in favor of jointly developing the oil and gas fields on the shelf by Russian and Norwegian companies without waiting for a formal end to the negotiations [on the delimitation of the Barents "We [Russia and Norway] have not delimited the Barents Sea yet.
