Aeroflot ups revenue to IAS in 2003
MOSCOW. June 3 (Interfax) - Russian flag carrier Aeroflot saw revenue to international accounting standards of $1.72 billion in 2003, up from $1.56 billion in 2002, the company said in a press release. Net profit increased 41.8% to $126.7 million, against $89.3 million the previous year. Profit per share climbed to $0.114 from $0.08. The government owns 51.17% of the airline, the National Reserve Pretax profit grew to $158 million from $132.9 million. Bank - about 30% and private shareholders - 10.62%.
