OSTANKINO DIARY CO. STOCKHOLDER ROSTER CHANGES
MOSCOW. June 2 (Interfax) - Significant changes have been made among the shareholders in Ostankino Dairy Combine.
Mark Severinovsky has become the owner of 535,000 Ostankino shares, or 19.66% of charter capital. He is a member of
the supervisory council at Douglas-Rivoli. The company confirmed the stock purchase, but declined to provide
details.
The company Lindell Stella became a shareholder May 31 (536,000 shares, 19.7% of charter capital), as did Leybel Igal
(535,974 shares, 19.69%).
Barr Services Ltd. (15.69%) has sold its stock, as have Crinan Consultants Ltd. (14.53%), Drumgold Investments Ltd.
(10.71%), Kalbor International Ltd. (5.12%) and Chepstow Investment Company (14.84%) have sold their stock.
Ostankino Dairy Combine's charter capital is 50.48 million rubles.
