Russian aircraft evacuating last workers from Iraq left Baghdad
Moscow, 4 June: A Russian Emergencies Ministry aeroplane carrying Interenergoservis specialists being evacuated from Iraq has left Baghdad for Moscow, but the seriously wounded employee of the company, Anatoliy Korenkov, has been left in hospital, managing director of the company, Aleksandr Rybinskiy, told Interfax. "At the last minute the doctors decided not to transport the wounded at present and he remained in Baghdad," he added. According to Rybinskiy, the Emergencies Ministry aeroplane carrying Interenergoservis employees is expected at Ramenskoye airport [near Moscow] at about 1630 [1230 gmt].
