Henkel to invest 550 mln in Leningrad region plant
ST. PETERSBURG. June 3 (Interfax) - Henkel KgaA will invest 550 million rubles over 2003-2004 in its Henkel-Era plant in Tosno, Leningrad region, Henkel-Era said in a press release. Henkel-Era posted sales of 3.02 billion rubles in 2003, the release said, without offering comparative data for 2002. Henkel's total investment in the Tosno plant from 1994 to 2004 will total 1.5 billion rubles, the release said. Henkel KgaA bought 39% of Era in 1993 in an investment tender. The investment program was carried out between 1994 and 1998. After the first phase of investmetn, Henkel increased its stake in Era to 96.02%. [RU ASIA EUROPE EEU EMRG DE CHE] me
