Intl observers may monitor Chechen presidential elections
MOSCOW. June 2 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Razov met with Rudolf Bindig and Andreas Gross, rapporteurs from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, to discuss the possibility of international observers being sent to monitor the Chechen presidential elections.
