Forex and gold reserves up again in Russia
Moscow, 3 June: Russia's foreign exchange and gold reserves were up to 85.4bn dollars as of 28 May from 83.2bn dollars as of 21 May, the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) said on Thursday [3 June]. The foreign exchange and gold reserves stood at 76.9bn dollars as of 1 January this year, up from 47.8bn dollars on 1 January 2003. [Passage omitted.]
