Court upholds suspension of Tax Ministry claim against Yukos (Part 2)
The Tax Ministry has one month to appeal the June 1 decision. The Moscow Arbitration Court on May 19 suspended a Tax Ministry MOSCOW. June 1 (Interfax) - The Moscow Arbitration Court on Tuesday upheld a May 19 ruling suspending a Tax Ministry claim against Yukos, and thus, rejected the ministry's appeal of the initial ruling, an Interfax correspondent reported from the court. order calling for Yukos to pay more than 99.4 billion rubles in alleged tax arrears including interest.
