MOSCOW -- Ruslan Yamadayev, State Duma's deputy from Chechnya, has been nominated as a presidential candidate for the republic's Aug. 29 election, Gazeta reported Tuesday. Yamadayev, a representative of an authoritative Chechen clan that once fought against the federal troops and is now loyal to Moscow, has the support of the pro-Kremlin Chechen administration and the pro-Kremlin United Russia party, of which he is a member, Gazeta reported. .TX-..**********************************************
