the presidential press service. Dmitriev, 52, replaces Vladimir Chernukhin, whose term as chairman ended one year early.
Dmitriev most recently served as deputy chairman of the bank and before that as deputy head of the Foreign Credits
Department. Also on 27 May, Putin named a new ambassador to Bulgaria, Anatolii Potapov, gazeta.ru reported. Potapov
