Bashinformsvyaz board recommends 2003 dividends
UFA. May 27 (Interfax) - The board of Ufa-based telecoms company Bashinformsvyaz has recommended shareholders approve 2003 dividends of 0.027 rubles per common and 0.2 rubles per preferred share, a company spokesman, Rushan Kireev, told Interfax. The board recommends 32.9 million rubles be spent on the dividends. Bashinformsvyaz paid 2002 dividends of 0.0254 rubles per common and 0.2 rubles per preferred share and spent a total of 29.21 million rubles. Charter capital stands at 985.19 million rubles, split into 949.02 million common and 36.16 million preferred shares with par value of 1 ruble. The government owns 28.24% of the company.
