27 May 2004 04:21 Vnesheconombank gets new chairman (Part 2) MOSCOW. May 27 (Interfax) - President Vladimir Putin has signed a resolution appointing Vladimir Dmitriyev as
Vnesheconombank chairman for three years, the presidential press service said.
Dmitriyev will replace Vladimir Chernukhin, who was relieved of his duties as the bank's chairman after taking
on a new post.
Dmitriyev most recently served as deputy chairman of the Vneshtorgbank executive board, which he joined in July 2002.
In June 1997, he was appointed first deputy chairman and member of the Vnesheconombank board of directors. Before this
appointment, he served as deputy director of the Finance Ministry's department for foreign credits and external
