EBRD may buy planes for Russian airlines
MOSCOW. May 26 (Interfax) - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development board will on June 22 consider
working with Raiffeisenbank and an unnamed airplane manufacturer to acquire $60 million worth of second hand foreign
planes for Russian airlines, the EBRD said on its website.
EBRD would provide up to $40 million to finance the project. Loans might go to regional airlines as well as major
